Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that are damaged due to improper use or care

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days. If the item meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
