By accessing or using the EderHaize online store (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site. EderHaize offers products including shorts, t-shirts & tops, and two-piece sets for purchase. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. All transactions are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EderHaize and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and software, is the intellectual property of EderHaize or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent. The EderHaize name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of EderHaize. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action. Refund Policy

EderHaize is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• To initiate a refund, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
• Defective or incorrect items will be fully refunded, including original shipping costs, upon verification.
• EderHaize reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet the above conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
